TripSync is the Internet's Only Mobile Booking Service
Has this ever happened to you?
You just found out your flight's been canceled. 117 people are queued up at the
gate, trying to get a new flight home or get a hotel room for the night. You
realize that by the time you get through the long line all of the available
seats will be gone. What do you do?
You no longer have to worry about how you'll get home or where you'll stay for
the night. TripSync has made available the internet's only mobile
travel booking tool.
How do I get it?
If you're a TripSync user, you already have it! To access TripSync Mobile,
just open the browser on your web-enabled mobile phone or PDA and go to:
http://www.tripsync.com/mobile
You can click on the link to try it out from your browser.
How does it work?
TripSync Mobile uses your existing user name and password to provide access to
mobile services. When you navigate to TripSync Mobile, you'll see the following
screen:

Once you enter your user name and password, you will see an array of options
available to you:

From here, using TripSync Mobile should be pretty intuitive. Click or
select a link to navigate to that part of the application.
Important Notes
Although you can even register from TripSync Mobile, you cannot set preferences
(such as preferred airline, hotel, credit cards, etc.) from your mobile phone. You can
take advantage of all of the TripSync Mobile capabilities, but will not be able to book an
air flight or hotel until you enter a credit card through our web-based version of TripSync.
If you registered through TripSync Mobile, just use the same username and password to get into
the web-based version.
TripSync Mobile uses your existing preferences. These preferences are modified
using the main, web-based application -- not from TripSync Mobile. To use your Preferences,
click on the "Use Preferences" button in TripSync Mobile.
Where a telephone number occurs in TripSync Mobile, clicking or selecting it
will dial the number for you! This is especially handy if you need to consult your booking
arrangements and talk to an agent at the same time.
Please keep in mind that TripSync Mobile bookings are REAL BOOKINGS.
This means that the credit card that is in your Preferences will be charged
when you book air. Once booked, your TripSync Mobile bookings will show up
in your Outlook Calendar, if you use the Outlook Connector.
TripSync Mobile requires that you have internet access through your mobile
phone account. Depending on the mobile phone billing plan you have established
with your carrier, you may be charged by your carrier for time you use internet
access. TripSync is not responsible for charges incurred by you from your carrier.
