What's New with TripSync?

Mobile Booking

TripSync is the first travel booking tool to provide a mobile platform with real-time air, hotel and car rental reservations and booking. Any traveler with a web-enabled PDA or smart phone has the flexibility to book trips on the go. With mobile travel booking, travelers are free to snag fares and flights as they see them, without being chained to a desktop.

Book and Hold

Book and Hold enables travelers to hold a reservation for 24 hours, without penalty for cancellation or payment required. There is no commitment with Book and Hold, just the guarantee of the flights and car reservations for up to 24 hours. Hotels can be booked and cancelled with no penalty up until the day of arrival (may vary by hotel).

The Book and Hold options appears during booking when you review and confirm your travel itinerary.

CC Itinerary

CC Itinerary allows you to route a copy of your itinerary to anyone with an email address. You can even establish a Trip Approver for your travel, by entering their name and email address into the "Assistant" fields in the "Contact Info" section of Preferences.

Change Password

You can change your individual password anytime. Others in your company to whom you've given permissions will not be affected.

In-Place Trip Name Editing

Keep track of your trips by giving them a name you'll remember. Just click on "Add Trip" button or on any already named trip. When the trip is booked, you'll be able to refer to it by name. Later, when TripSync adds Trip Templates, you'll be able to re-book your trip, just by referring to the name you've given it.
