Downloads: Extend the power of TripSync
Book travel directly from your Outlook calender or web interface. There
is no need to access the TripSync site once you've installed the
plug-ins. Choose your favorite application: Microsoft Outlook, IE or
Firefox and download the corresponding plug-in to connect to TripSync.
The Firefox Plug-in runs on both Windows and Macintosh.
Outlook Plug-in
The
Outlook Plug-in allows you to book travel directly from Outlook --
for yourself or anyone in your company who gives you permission. Your
bookings appear as appointment items, which you can share with others.
Need to modify a car or hotel reservation? Just drag and drop it --
"Express Modify" takes care of the rest. Need to cancel a reservation?
Just delete the appointment -- we'll walk you through a rapid cancel
process. You'll find this plug-in radically streamlines your
company's business travel.
Before you download the plug-in, please make sure you are using Microsoft Outlook
versions 2000 through 2003 (the plug-in does not work with Outlook Express or
other email software).Before you install the software, be sure to close
Outlook.
Internet Explorer Plug-in
Add the ability to book travel booking from your Internet Explorer toolbar. Launch TripSync automatically
from anywhere on the web, when you're ready to travel. This plug-in works
on all versions of Internet Explorer, including the most recent IE 7.
Firefox Plug-in
Add
the ability to book travel booking from your Firefox toolbar. This
plug-in works on version 2.x of Firefox, and is a standard Firefox
extension. When you click on the link below, one of two things will
happen:
- A bar may appear at the top of your
Firefox browser.
If so, click "Edit Options" then "Allow" this site.
Click the above link again and then click on the "Install Now" button
- A "Software Installation" window may appear. Click "Install Now".
You will have to restart Firefox to use the TripSync toolbar.
