What makes TripSync different from other online travel booking tools?

Does TripSync work with other email and calendar tools besides Microsoft
Outlook?
No, TripSync is currently supported for users using Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook 2000 or above for
calendar integration. TripSync will work as a stand alone travel planning solution for any system meeting
the appropriate technical requirements. In the near future we are planning on adding
calendar integration support for other e-mail clients and calendaring tools. Check back soon for updates.
How do I know I’m getting a good deal on air, hotel, and car
rental reservations?
TripSync uses the same sources for air, car and hotel as other online booking tools. In most cases, you will find TripSync prices to be as good as -- if not better than -- other sources on the internet. Soon, TripSync will have direct relationships with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies and will be able to bring you the very best price for your chosen itinerary.

How do I launch TripSync from Outlook?
After installing the software and activating your account, just click on the TRAVEL button in
your Outlook menu bar to launch TripSync.
Can I store my personal travel preferences in TripSync?
Yes, TripSync allows you to store your details within the Preferences section. Once entered,
your preferences will be available for every trip you plan. To update your preferences, click
on Preferences in the left menu after launching the application. With TripSync, you can store
your air, car, and hotel preferred frequent flyer programs, and payment information.
How do I change travel reservations after booking a trip?
One of the most convenient features of TripSync is how easy it is to make a change to your
travel reservations. All your travel details are automatically added to your Outlook calendar.
To make a change to a hotel or car rental reservation, just drag and drop the item directly
from your calendar. TripSync will update your reservations automatically. You can cancel a
reservation by deleting the entry. At this time, if you want to change an airline reservation
after it has been ticketed, you will need to contact Customer Service directly.
Any changes will be confirmed before they are made, so be sure to check cancellation policies
before confirming cancellations.
Can I book travel for others in my organization?
Yes! Your entire company can benefit from the power and ease of using TripSync to plan travel.
Through TripSync's Book and Manage feature, designated individuals can review travel plans across
the company, and book travel based on an individual's personal preferences.
How can I redeem my gift certificate?
Any traveler who books a trip on TripSync will receive a $25 Dining Dough certificate, which can be used at nearly 10,000 restaurants nationwide -- a token of our appreciation for using TripSync. Here's how it works:
After you make your booking, you will receive an email from TripSync with your certificate code.
Go to www.DiningDough.com and click the "Redeem Dining Dough" button.
Enter in certificate code we send you and your cart will be credited $25.
Use the search engine to find restaurants in your neighborhood. Print the gift certificate and enjoy!
